Dr. Ajoul holds a PhD in Banking & Finance, in addition to being a Certified Public Accountant (AICPA, CIPA, ECPA). Dr. Bassam distinguishes himself as a registered and officially approved Senior Accounting and Banking Expert with the esteemed Dubai Courts; his reports and analyses are considered a trusted judicial reference in complex financial arbitration cases and disputes. Furthermore, he is an FTA Approved Tax Agent certified by the Federal Tax Authority, offering specialized consultation on VAT and new Corporate Tax compliance.
